Lititz Pretzel fest

Cheese and pretzels at Danner's Deli 53 E. Main St., Lititz were part of the Lititz Pretzel fest Saturday. Kiwanis Club of Lititz Area and The Lititz Retailers sponsored the Lititz Pretzel fest. The Pretzel fest was held Saturday, May 4, 2019 in downtown Lititz. There were over 15 tastings featuring pretzels, with additional beer tastings to wash it down.

Lititz Pretzel Fest will return this May -- but if you're interested in the popular food event, you best get your plans "tied up" soon. 

Tickets are on sale now for the event, planned in downtown Lititz May 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is presented by the Kiwanis Club of Lititz Area. 

Tickets cost $35 and are only available online. The event sells out annually, and  abc27 reported that there were less than 150 tickets available as of Sunday, April 14. 

In addition to savory tastings at various businesses, there will be alcoholic tastings and live music at the rain-or-shine event. 

Proceeds from the event will fund a Kids Free Fun Day at the Park, planned for May 18 in Lititz Springs Park.
