The calendar hasn't even hit May yet, and the L-L League has already crowned a spring sports champion.

For the third year in a row, Lancaster Country Day has captured the league team tennis title, compliments of the Cougars' 3-1 victory over Hempfield.

Sports writers Mike Gross, Jason Guarente and Jeff Reinhart are back to chat everything L-L League spring sports, including a nod to Country Day for winning tennis gold -- plus baseball and softball updates, a look at the lacrosse and volleyball standings, and some top track and field performances.
