Blackburn viewfinder helicopter 4-5-24

I was assigned to shoot the 20th annual Hempfield Black Knight Invitational track and field event at Hempfield High School stadium on April 13. I was told that there would be a Navy helicopter flyover after the National Anthem. In my mind, the helicopter might hover over quickly so, I set up my camera to handle the movement and to clearly freeze the helicopter in the images. It also might be a challenge to follow the helicopter with a 70-200 mm lens with tight composition. You can see the pilot in the image online, which means the image was high quality. The helicopter got me intrigued to find the make and model of the flying machine. I googled it and came to military.com. I compared the images. It looks like the Sikorsky SH-60 Sea Hawk. Would you agree with my finding? I converted the image to black and white. The image has a strong grayscale from white to black. In fact, the helicopter has gray color on the body. THE METHOD: Nikon D5 camera with a Nikon 70-200 mm f-2.8 lens at 160 mm Exposure: Shutter speed of 1/5000 of a second, with an aperture of f-5.6 and an ISO of 800. Converted to black & white and edited in Adobe Photoshop.

I converted the image to black and white. The image has a strong grayscale from white to black helped by the helicopter’s gray on the body.
