Police are investigating a hit and run that killed a boy Thursday evening in Penn Township.
According to Lancaster County Wide Communications, crews were called to the intersection of the 200 block of West Sun Hill Road and Loghes Drive, south of Manheim Borough, at 9:32 p.m. for a report of a medical emergency.
Northern Lancaster County Regional police said on scene evidence suggests the child was hit and killed by a vehicle that left the scene before the police arrived.
