After last Saturday's Sold Out performance, I was chatting backstage with a pair of potential Sponsors, which we refer to as "Our Angels". One looked toward the house, through the scrim and said, "Wouldn't that be a cool photo?" And snapped one. I agreed and did the same....

Testimonials

Our 4 granddaughters first trip to the Theatre! At Cinderellas Christmas conclusion, our oldest (12) stood up and immediately said "I want to come back!" A heartfelt happiness you don't feel much these days. Thank you Robert! See you soon!

The kids had such a wonderful time. The owner is very nice and we loved the backstage tour beforehand! Please make sure to arrive at least 25 minutes early for the tour - the few people who joined the tour late were very disruptive to the rest of us. We saw the wizard of Oz and it was amazing. Our 7 and 9 year old boys and our 5 month old baby were all captivated.

I had a wonderful time. I found this little theater on a whim on Google looking for something special to go to, and it took me to this magical little esoteric theater with cherubs on the ceiling and gilded red velvet couches. It is covered in marionettes! I was immediately deeply in love. I had the pleasure of watching the sherlock show, and it was so enchanting and mesmerizing. This was such a treat, I can't wait to go back. Something about this theater feels like a magnet.

Lancaster's Best Kept Secret... Many European cities have supported puppet theaters, but there are few resident theaters in the United States. It is said that puppetry is a dying art. Not so! The Lancaster Marionette  Theatre,  founded by Robert Brock in 1990, delights audiences of all ages with this ancient and unique art form.

Included FREE with your ticket, the John Durang Puppet Museum and Back Stage Tour 20 minutes prior to cutain.
